Breaking changes:
· New profession, Kabuto Yakushi
· Moved NTSW to a newer and better dedicated server that is located in Warsaw, Poland (previous was located in Gravelines, France). This should greatly improve ping and overall performance but may provide unexpected issues
· Added Monster Level system to the game. Player will receive reduced experience from monsters if his level is above 150% of given monster's level. Monster Levels are described on the site's Monster tab. 
· Added new critical damage system to the game. For now only stones add critical chance (for both melee and jutsu), critical hit damage is set to 150% of maximum regular value
· Server will now restart every day on 10:00 UTC (12:00 summer time or 11:00 standard time in Poland)
· Stamina and bosses refill was moved to server restart time (from 00:00 UTC to 10:00 UTC)

General changes:
· Previous melee critical damage system was removed from the game, professions have received additional melee damage in compensation
· After purchasing stackable items (eg. pills) from NPC's trade window, the count will not fall back to 1 every time
· Medic's Huge Antidote mission is now easier (chance of failure is lowered)
· Minimal character speed has been set to 100 (to prevent slows stacking)
· Players are now able to reset daily task (while still keeping original task time)
· Reworked Katon and Suiton stones
· Reduced PvP death loss penalty by about 20%
· Increased PvP bless loss reduction from 16% to 24%
· Anko's Forest of Death expertise gates have been removed
· Kagero Gennins are not running away on low health
· Greatly reduced cast chance of dizzy, stun and silence conditions by high level monsters
· Reduced experience from Delphic, Mokuzu and Hell missions
· Fixed % jutsu dmg from items and raiton stones and increased general profession jutsu damage on hlvl transforms

Jutsu changes:
· "Provoke" jutsu will now apply infight condition (stamina drain)
· Orochimaru's Gogyo Fuin will now drain 60% of chakra instead of 40%
· Orochimaru's Gogyo Fuin and Shisa Kugutsu duration changed from 5s to 6s
· Kiba's Shikyaku no Jutsu protection changed from 4% to 6%
· Kakashi's Sharingan changed from 10% jutsu damage to 5% jutsu damage, 5% protection
· Sasuke's Sharingan changed from 10% jutsu damage to 5% jutsu damage, 10% attack speed
· Shisui's Sharingan changed from 5% jutsu damage, 10% attack speed to 10% jutsu damage
· Jiraiya's Senjutsu changed from 8% weapons damage, 5% jutsu damage to 5% protection, 3% weapons damage, 3% jutsu damage
· Ino's Shintenshin no Jutsu rework
· Ino's Shinranshin no Boei duration changed from 6s to 8s
· Ino's Shinranshin no Kogeki changed from -25% jutsu damage to -35% jutsu damage
· Madara's Rinbo Hengoku changed duration from 2.2s to 2.3s
· Shino's Mushi Jamingu changed duration from 5s to 7s
· Neji's Kaiteon Boei changed cooldown from 12s to 7s
· Neji's Tenketsushin changed condition from silence to dizzy

Map improvements:
· Added new Sand Terror spawn beneath Suna-Gakure
· Improved Sand Terror spawn on sand island
· Improved Black Samurai spawns on Turtle Island and Kiri-Gakure
· Improved Akatsuki Member spawns below Iwa-Gakure and on Yuki-Gakure
· Improved Ice Monster and Nadare Shinobi spawns on Frozen Isles
